5 Discounts is used for internal purposes only. You can rest assure
that any information submitted will not be given or sold to outside
agencies
SHIPPING: We ship all orders via
UPS or USPS depending on availability and destination . Orders are normally shipped after clearance of payment method, and you should expect to
receive your order within 10 days.
UPS 2nd Day Air must be placed before
10:00 AM Pacific Time to be
shipped the same day.
If placed after
10:00 AM, shipment will be made the following business day. Items ordered on a
Weekends or a Holiday, will be shipped the following business day.
Our
standard
shipping time
for credit card orders is 10 days or less (usually within
6 business days on the East Coast) unless noted
otherwise on individual product pages.
Your
shipping cost are calculated using the TOTAL weight of the
order, NOT by the weight of the individual
items.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Novus

DISCONTINUED/OUT OF STOCK: If after your order is placed, an item becomes Discontinued or Out of Stock, you will have the choice of selecting another item of equal value or you may cancel your order. This rarely happens since item availability is reviewed before posting. "Never say Never"
DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:
UPS has a long history of quality service and safe delivery, however if you should experience a damaged item, please contact
UPS (1-800-Pick-UPS to initialize a refund claim. Since they are our contracted carrier, claims should be submitted to them.
SUBSTITUTIONS: We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Items illustrated on the aisle are actual photos of the products available at the time of printing. An updated version may be substituted at a later date. Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product
because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box. All the sizes of products indicated or shown in this catalog are close approximations. Although our staff of proofreaders works diligently to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value.
CANCELLATIONS:
In an effort to get orders shipped promptly, Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC uses an automated order processing system. Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In most cases, the orders will ship the same business day they were entered, excluding National Holidays. Orders can ship within 10 minutes of payment, as our shipping carriers make multiple pickups on a daily basis. If an order has already been shipped, Aisle 5 Enterprises LLC will be unable to cancel that order. If the cancellation process needs to continue at this juncture, follow the Return Policy steps as defined above. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to any order that has been processed that is on the shipping dock awaiting pick-up.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
All Refused shipments will incur a standard 25% Restocking fee plus all shipping
cost including reverse shipping charges back to us levied by UPS.
RETURN POLICY:
Aisle 5 Enterprises will accept returns for an exchange only if the
merchandise is in original purchase condition, packaging, unused or opened, and only within 30 days
from the date of delivery. All returns must be authorized by phone or e-mail
prior to return. Returns will incur a 25% Re-Stock charge. You may acquire a return authorization by :calling 510.483.6055 or by

. Returns without an authorized RA # and prior
communication will be Refused.
All returns must include the original receipt or
invoice and a brief explanation stating why you
are not satisfied with the product. Shipping &
handling charges are not refundable and shipping
charges for merchandise returns are the
responsibility of the customer. Aisle 5
Enterprises will not accept returns of products
damaged as a result of misuse or neglect.
POOLS-RETURN POLICY:
Note: Pool products CANNOT be exchanged/refunded
after it has been unpacked and or used in any
way. Please contact manufacture customer service
for all product related inquiries and claims of
defect. Pools may be returned for Refund ONLY if
sealed in original manufacture packaging.

Exchange will be applied after
inspection of the return determines that defect
was not caused by any abuse and item was used
under normal conditions. Exchanges will ONLY apply
to Defective Merchandise.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
Aisle 5 Enterprises warrants that, under normal usage (used in manner intended), its merchandise will be
free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the
date of delivery. This warranty does not apply to damage caused in shipping. If
you feel you have a defective item, you must contact us for Return Authorization
before any exchange will be issued.
